How to Register
On-line Registration Now closed. You may still register in person during the conference dates at the registration desk located in the main lobby of Harbour Centre.
All credit card transactions will be processed in Canadian dollars and are subject to current exchange rates.
Cancellations and Refunds
Full refunds, less a $50 CAD administration fee will be granted to cancellations received by April 22, 2011. No refunds will be issued after that date.
Refunds will be processed after the conference. Substitute delegates are welcome
Confirmation of your registration
When you register on-line and pay by credit card, you will receive immediate confirmation by e-mail via our server.
If payment is made by cheque, your registration is not confirmed until payment is received. Once payment is processed a payment confirmation will be e-mailed to the account provided on your registration.
Receipts
Please print out your receipt from the web as this will be your original copy.

Our registration policy requires that we receive full payment, paid by check drawn in CDN funds or wire transfer, for any person wishing to attend IASSIST from a country that requires an invitation letter from the conference organizer. Credit cards cannot be accepted under these circumstances.
